Preparation
- Blend cream cheese with eggs and mix well. Add sour cream and half and half and with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust. Top with artichoke hearts, evenly spaced to make it prettier!
- Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, until a knife blade inserted into it comes out clean. Let rest and serve warm.
