Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


baguette(s)

Cara Mia Artichoke Hearts (6.5 oz.)

McCormick Basil

McCormick Garlic Powder

McCormick Onion Powder

  • 10 Roma tomato(es)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 2 jars Cara Mia Artichoke Hearts (6.5 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp McCormick Basil
  • dash McCormick Garlic Powder
  • dash McCormick Onion Powder


Preparation




  1. Slice baguette into 1/2 inch slices - place on cookie sheet, lightly spray with cooking spray and bake at 325 for 5 to 10 minutes (until crisp).

  2. Coarsely chop artichokes and tomatoes; mix with all ingredients.

  3. Serve with toasted bread slices.



Cook's Notes



Store leftover artichoke mixture in an airtight container.
