Preparation
- Slice baguette into 1/2 inch slices - place on cookie sheet, lightly spray with cooking spray and bake at 325 for 5 to 10 minutes (until crisp).
- Coarsely chop artichokes and tomatoes; mix with all ingredients.
- Serve with toasted bread slices.

Store leftover artichoke mixture in an airtight container.
