Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Campbell's V8 Southwestern Corn Soup

Libby's Pumpkin (15 oz.)

Swanson Mixin' Chicken (4.5 oz.)

  • 1 carton Campbell's V8 Southwestern Corn Soup
  • 1/4 cup Libby's Pumpkin (15 oz.)
  • 1 can Swanson Mixin' Chicken (4.5 oz.)


Preparation




  1. Pour soup into two bowls. Add pumpkin and drained chicken. Stir well.

  2. Microwave both bowls for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes. Stir and serve.



Cook's Notes



This is also good with crushed tortilla chips, melted cheddar on top, and a dollop of sour cream!
