Ingredients

We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:

blueberries

strawberries

Betty Crocker Sugar Cookies

C&H Powdered Sugar

Philadelphia Cream Cheese (8 oz.)

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 bag Betty Crocker Sugar Cookies
  • 1 cup C&H Powdered Sugar
  • 1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese (8 oz.)

Preparation

  1. Prepare cookies according to package directions.

  2. Mix softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. It's best to do this by hand and not use the mixer as you want this to be icing for the cookies not whipped frosting.

  3. Ice the cooled cookies and top with fruit.

Cook's Notes

Mix this up by adding your favorite fruit - bananas and kiwi, peaches and raspberries. Or, be a little more decadent and sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings.
