Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Ghirardelli Twilight Delight Dark Chocolate Bar (3.5 oz.)

Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Vanilla Pudding (1 oz.)

Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crackers

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 Ghirardelli Twilight Delight Dark Chocolate Bar (3.5 oz.)
  • 2 pkg. Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Vanilla Pudding (1 oz.)
  • Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crackers


Preparation




  1. Prepare pudding according to package directions and pour into casserole dish. You can use a 9x13 for a thinner layer (but then you get more servings!) or a smaller casserole dish if you prefer. Let set in fridge for 30 minutes.

  2. Top with a layer of graham crackers (amount depends on what size dish you use, just be sure to cover all the pudding!).

  3. Break chocolate into pieces in a bowl and melt in microwave, about 30 seconds. As soon as chocolate starts to melt, remove and stir to finish melting without burning. Pour over graham crackers and return to fridge for at least 30 minutes.



Cook's Notes



It's even better the next day once the graham crackers soften! This is also good with banana pudding or French vanilla pudding!
