Dole Pineapple Chunks (20 oz.)

Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade

Tyson Chicken Breasts

  • 1 red pepper(s)
  • 1 green pepper(s)
  • 1 can Dole Pineapple Chunks (20 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1 pkg Tyson Chicken Breasts


Preparation




  1. Soak skewers in water while preparing other ingredients. They usually say to soak for 30 mins, but we recommend an hour or more.

  2. Cut chicken into cubes - about 1 inch by 1 inch. Place in a bowl and cover with teriyaki sauce. Marinate for at least and hour. The chicken will be most tender and juicy if you can let it marinate for a few hours (think morning prep and evening cook time).

  3. Cut peppers, & onions into bite-sized chunks. Make sure they're not too small! Drain pineapple and reserve juice.

  4. Assemble skewers as you wish, alternating ingredients and making sure no two same ingredients are next to each other.

  5. Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally during grilling. Brush with reserved pineapple juice and left over teriyaki sauce from the marinade.

Comment: I made these last night. They were really good, but should have marinate a little longer. I let them marinate for a hour I will be making these again.
