Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Fresh Express 50/50 Mix (5.5 oz.)

Kraft Light Three Cheese Ranch Dressing (16 oz.)

Litehouse Bleu Cheese Crumbles (4 oz.)

Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Bacon (2.1 oz.)

Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Grilled Chicken Strips (6 oz.)

  • 2 egg(s)
  • 1 diced tomato(es)
  • 1 bag Fresh Express 50/50 Mix (5.5 oz.)
  • Kraft Light Three Cheese Ranch Dressing (16 oz.)
  • 1 cup Litehouse Bleu Cheese Crumbles (4 oz.)
  • 8 strips Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Bacon (2.1 oz.)
  • 8 oz. Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Grilled Chicken Strips (6 oz.)


Preparation




  1. Hard boil the eggs.

  2. Heat chicken in microwave according to package directions.

  3. Heat bacon in microwave according to package directions.

  4. Add lettuce to bowls and top with remaining ingredients.
  5. Serve dressing on the side.



Cook's Notes



The avocado is a nice addition to a traditional Cobb Salad - it's high in vitamins and minerals, a great substitute for fatty salad dressings and it gives a nice creamy texture to the salad.
