Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


apple(s)

Alouette Fat Free Crumbled Feta (4 oz.)

Barilla Plus Penne (14.5 oz.)

Ken's Steakhouse Raspberry Walnut Dressing

Sunkist Almond Accents Sliced Almonds - Original

  • 1 red onion(s)
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp. mint leaves
  • 1 apple(s)
  • 1 pkg. Alouette Fat Free Crumbled Feta (4 oz.)
  • 6 oz. Barilla Plus Penne (14.5 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup Ken's Steakhouse Raspberry Walnut Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Sunkist Almond Accents Sliced Almonds - Original


Preparation




  1. Cook pasta al dente rinse with cold water, and set aside in the refrigerator.

  2. Toast almonds in a non stick pan over medium high heat until slightly brown. Set aside to cool.

  3. Meanwhile, chop onion, parsley, mint, and apple.

  4. When pasta and almonds are cooled toss with the remaining ingredients in a glass serving bowl.



Cook's Notes



It's still good if you don't toast the almonds!
