Alouette Sweet & Spicy Pepper Medley Cheese (6.5 oz.)

Bumblebee Fancy White Crabmeat (6 oz.)

McCormick Hot Madras Curry Powder

Realime Lime Juice

  • 1 Roma tomato(es)
  • 1 tsp. cilantro
  • 2 avocado(s)
  • 1 pkg. Alouette Sweet & Spicy Pepper Medley Cheese (6.5 oz.)
  • 1 pkg. Bumblebee Fancy White Crabmeat (6 oz.)
  • 1/2 tsp. McCormick Hot Madras Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp. Realime Lime Juice


Preparation




  1. Combine cheese, diced tomato, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and curry powder in a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Split avocado in half, remove pit, dice and reserve the shell. Fold into mixture in bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently fold in crab meat.

  3. Fill avocado halves with the salad and place on serving platter. Serve with crackers as a dip or with your favorite sandwich bread.
