Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Clean asparagus and place in a large food storage bag.
- Add olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and sesame seeds to bag. Massage all ingredients around until asparagus is covered. Let asparagus marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Pour entire contents of bag into ungreased baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until desired tenderness.
Cook's Notes
You can prepare this 5-6 hours ahead of time and let it sit in the refrigerator until you're ready to bake. And the leftovers are great served chilled the next day!
