Preparation
- Hard boil the eggs. Meanwhile, quarter the tomatoes and artichokes. Halve the cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Slice the onion into thin rings. Cut the salmon into 1-inch strips. When eggs are done, thinly slice.
- Instead of mixing the ingredients together, which you can do, I like to arrange them on a salad plate for color and appearance. Sprinkle the cheese on top, drizzle with the dressing and serve.
