Ingredients

We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:

Alouette Crumbled Feta (4 oz.)

Del Monte Green Beans (8 oz.)

Emeril's Dijon Vinaigrette

Fresh Express 50/50 Mix (5.5 oz.)

Three Star Smoked Salmon (4 oz.)

  • 6 Roma tomato(es)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 4 red onion(s)
  • 2 egg(s)
  • 2 oz. Alouette Crumbled Feta (4 oz.)
  • 1 can Black Pearls Pitted Black Olives (3.25 oz.)
  • 6 Cara Mia Artichoke Hearts (6.5 oz.)
  • 1 cup Del Monte Green Beans (8 oz.)
  • Emeril's Dijon Vinaigrette
  • 1 bag Fresh Express 50/50 Mix (5.5 oz.)
  • 2 packages Three Star Smoked Salmon (4 oz.)

Preparation

  1. Hard boil the eggs. Meanwhile, quarter the tomatoes and artichokes. Halve the cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Slice the onion into thin rings. Cut the salmon into 1-inch strips. When eggs are done, thinly slice.

  2. Instead of mixing the ingredients together, which you can do, I like to arrange them on a salad plate for color and appearance. Sprinkle the cheese on top, drizzle with the dressing and serve.

Cook's Notes

You may also use tuna.
