Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


eggplant(s)

green pepper(s)

basil

Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (8 oz.)

Prego Traditional Italian Sauce (26 oz.)

  • 1 eggplant(s)
  • 1/4 cup green pepper(s)
  • 2 oz. basil
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup Prego Traditional Italian Sauce (26 oz.)


Preparation




  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a baking sheet.

  2. Slice eggplant. Spread tomato sauce on the slices.

  3. Chop peppers and basil and place onto the pizza. Spread cheese on the top

  4. Bake in the oven for approximately 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.




Cook's Notes



Add extra vegetables to change the taste.
