Preparation
- Press out dough into a rectangle and cut into 24 squares.
- Cut each string cheese into 12 pieces, then place a chunk of cheese and a sprinkle of red and green peppers on each square.
- Wrap dough around filling, pressing sides to keep enclosed and place seam side down on to greased cookie sheet.
- Mix oil and Italian seasoning, then brush each "bomb" with the mixture.
- Bake at 400 for 6-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with warm pizza sauce.
Cook's Notes
Add or substitute any kind of pizza toppings or cheese for a variety.
