Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Byron's Pork BBQ Tray (4 lb.)

Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce (10 oz.)

Mission Corn Tortillas (14 oz.)

  • 1 lb. Byron's Pork BBQ Tray (4 lb.)
  • 1 can Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce (10 oz.)
  • 1 package Mission Corn Tortillas (14 oz.)


Preparation




  1. Thaw Byron's BBQ Pork (ideally overnight in fridge).

  2. Preheat oven to 350.

  3. Pour enchilada sauce into a medium sized tray or baking dish. Place tortilla in sauce to full cover.

  4. Place tortilla in second baking dish, fill with pork and roll up tortilla. Continue until all tortillas are filled.

  5. Arrange filled tortillas in a row and pour remaining enchilada sauce over top.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
