Ingredients
We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:

![]() Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce (10 oz.) |

![]() Mission Corn Tortillas (14 oz.) |

Preparation
- Thaw Byron's BBQ Pork (ideally overnight in fridge).
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Pour enchilada sauce into a medium sized tray or baking dish. Place tortilla in sauce to full cover.
- Place tortilla in second baking dish, fill with pork and roll up tortilla. Continue until all tortillas are filled.
- Arrange filled tortillas in a row and pour remaining enchilada sauce over top.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
