Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


cantal

prosciutto

Athenos Blue Cheese Crumbles (5 oz.)

Dole Hearts of Romaine

Emeril's Dijon Vinaigrette

  • 2 potato(es)
  • 1/4 lb. cantal
  • 1/2 lb. prosciutto
  • 1 package Athenos Blue Cheese Crumbles (5 oz.)
  • 1 tbsp. Bertolli Olive Oil
  • 1 bag Dole Hearts of Romaine
  • 1/2 cup Emeril's Dijon Vinaigrette
  • McCormick Garlic Salt


Preparation




  1. Saute thin-sliced potatoes in olive oil. Keep covered for 5 minutes, flip, sprinkle garlic salt to taste, saute covered for another 5 minutes, then finish uncovered for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, combine the lettuce, crumbled cheese, ham, and dressing in a large bowl. Toss and serve into individual bowls. Top with potatoes right before serving.



Cook's Notes



You can find cantal in the deli, but you can also substitute cheddar or monterey jack crumbles. If you like garlic, this salad can handle a lot so go crazy! Also, you can add more potatoes and meat to make it a full, hearty meal!
