Beef, Sausage, and Black Bean Chili

Preparation
- Cut sausage into slices and prepare according to package directions. Meanwhile, chop onions.
- Add all ingredients to large pot and heat over medium heat. When it starts to bubble (about 10 minutes), reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 30 minutes, but up to an hour.
Cook's Notes
I love to make this on Sunday and freeze the leftovers to be eaten for a quick lunch or dinner later.
