Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Bush's Black Beans (15 oz.)

Bush's Pinto Beans (15 oz.)

Eckrich Polish Sausage (16 oz.)

Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz.)

Tyson Seasoned Beef Strips (20 oz.)

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can Bush's Black Beans (15 oz.)
  • 2 cans Bush's Pinto Beans (15 oz.)
  • 2 tsp. C&H Sugar
  • 2 links Eckrich Polish Sausage (16 oz.)
  • 3 tbsp. Hunt's Tomato Paste (6 oz.)
  • 2 cans Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
  • 1 tbsp. Spice World Minced Garlic
  • 2 cans Swanson Low Sodium Beef Broth (14 oz.)
  • 1 package Tyson Seasoned Beef Strips (20 oz.)


Preparation




  1. Cut sausage into slices and prepare according to package directions. Meanwhile, chop onions.

  2. Add all ingredients to large pot and heat over medium heat. When it starts to bubble (about 10 minutes), reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 30 minutes, but up to an hour.



Cook's Notes



I love to make this on Sunday and freeze the leftovers to be eaten for a quick lunch or dinner later.
