Ingredients

We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:

egg(s)

Arnold 7 Grain Bread

Cara Mia Artichoke Hearts (6.5 oz.)

Del Monte Chopped Spinach (13.5 oz.)

Sargento Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (8 oz.)

  • 1 red pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 6 egg(s)
  • 4 slices Arnold 7 Grain Bread
  • 2 jars Cara Mia Artichoke Hearts (6.5 oz.)
  • 1 can Del Monte Chopped Spinach (13.5 oz.)
  • 1 bag Sargento Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (8 oz.)

Preparation

  1. Chop artichokes, red peppers, and onions. Drain spinach.

  2. Beat eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in veggies.

  3. Tear bread into crouton-sized pieces and layer bottom of baking dish. Pour egg mixture over top. Sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until eggs fluff up and are fully cooked.

Cook's Notes

This is also a great way to use up stale bread - once you pour the egg mixture over the bread and bake it, you can't tell it was stale.
