Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Boboli Original Pizza Crust (14 oz.)

Cara Mia Artichoke Hearts (6.5 oz.)

Hellman's Mayonnaise

Kraft Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 Boboli Original Pizza Crust (14 oz.)
  • 2 jars Cara Mia Artichoke Hearts (6.5 oz.)
  • 1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese


Preparation




  1. Drain and chop the artichokes.

  2. Mix the artichokes with the Parmesan and mayonnaise. Spread on crust, and top with more cheese.

  3. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes, or until golden on top.



Cook's Notes



You can also add pine nuts on top.

Comment: I love love love this pizza! I made it for a party and didn't think it would be a hit with that crowd, but boy was I wrong (even the guys liked it!). I definitely should have made 2, but will know for the future. I also used less mayo and DiGiorno's shaved parm. SO good and SO simple!
