Ingredients

We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:

Bush's Pinto Beans (15 oz.)

Del Monte Gold & White Corn (15.25 oz.)

McCormick Oregano

McCormick Cayenne Pepper

Swanson Chicken Broth (14 oz.)

  • 1 lb. turkey breast
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cans Bush's Pinto Beans (15 oz.)
  • 1 can Del Monte Gold & White Corn (15.25 oz.)
  • 1 tsp. McCormick Oregano
  • 1 tsp. McCormick Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 can Swanson Chicken Broth (14 oz.)

Preparation

  1. Cut turkey into chunks and saute. Meanwhile, drain beans and corn and dice the onion.

  2. Pour chicken stock into a large pot, then add beans, corn, turkey, and cayenne pepper.

  3. Bring to a boil. You can serve immediately, or you can simmer it on low heat for up to an hour before serving to give the flavors time to blend.

Cook's Notes

You can add jalapenos or green chilies if you like more spice.

Comment: Perfect for recuperating after the big basketball match. Surprisingly healthy too.
