Preparation
- Cut turkey into chunks and saute. Meanwhile, drain beans and corn and dice the onion.
- Pour chicken stock into a large pot, then add beans, corn, turkey, and cayenne pepper.
- Bring to a boil. You can serve immediately, or you can simmer it on low heat for up to an hour before serving to give the flavors time to blend.
Cook's Notes
You can add jalapenos or green chilies if you like more spice.
