Portabella Lasagna

Ingredients

Preparation
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Remove stems from mushrooms and cut into slices. Saute in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
- Mix alfredo sauce, nutmeg and pepper together. Set aside.
- Grate Parmesan. Set aside.
- Assembly: Spread a little sauce on the bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Put a layer of noodles, sauce, mushrooms and then Parmesan. Repeat until ingredients are gone, making sure to end with the cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes and serve!
