Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


baby portabella mushroom(s)

Barilla Lasagne (1 lb.)

Bertolli Olive Oil

Classico Creamy Alfredo Sauce (15 oz.)

McCormick Nutmeg

  • 1 tsp pepper
  • sea salt
  • 2 lb. baby portabella mushroom(s)
  • 1 box Barilla Lasagne (1 lb.)
  • Bertolli Olive Oil
  • 2 jars Classico Creamy Alfredo Sauce (15 oz.)
  • 1 tsp. McCormick Nutmeg


Preparation




  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and cut into slices. Saute in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Season with salt.

  3. Mix alfredo sauce, nutmeg and pepper together. Set aside.

  4. Grate Parmesan. Set aside.

  5. Assembly: Spread a little sauce on the bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Put a layer of noodles, sauce, mushrooms and then Parmesan. Repeat until ingredients are gone, making sure to end with the cheese.

  6. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes and serve!
