Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Brach's Candy Corn (7.75 oz)

C&H Powdered Sugar

Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix

Libby's Pumpkin (15 oz.)

Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese (8 oz.)

  • 24 Brach's Candy Corn (7.75 oz)
  • 1 cup C&H Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 can Libby's Pumpkin (15 oz.)
  • 1 Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese (8 oz.)


Preparation




  1. Set cream cheese out to soften. Mix together cake mix and pumpkin.

  2. Drop spoonfuls of dough on to cookie sheet.

  3. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.

  4. While cookies are cooling, prepare icing: mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar.

  5. Ice cookies once cooled and top each with a candy corn.


Optional: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and/or 1 cup of walnut pieces.
