Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Ingredients

![]() Libby's Pumpkin (15 oz.) |

Preparation
- Set cream cheese out to soften. Mix together cake mix and pumpkin.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough on to cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
- While cookies are cooling, prepare icing: mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Ice cookies once cooled and top each with a candy corn.
Optional: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and/or 1 cup of walnut pieces.
