Preparation
- Remove seeds from pumpkin. Rinse and remove "guts."
- Thoroughly mix oil and seasoned salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add seeds and coat well.
- Spread out in a thin layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 300. Stir every 10 minutes.
Cook's Notes
Swap out Lawry's Seasoned Salt for 1 tbsp Splenda and 1 tsp cinnamon for a sweet treat.
