Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


pumpkin seeds

Bertolli Olive Oil

Lawry's Seasoned Salt

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp Bertolli Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt


Preparation




  1. Remove seeds from pumpkin. Rinse and remove "guts."

  2. Thoroughly mix oil and seasoned salt in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add seeds and coat well.

  4. Spread out in a thin layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 300. Stir every 10 minutes.



Cook's Notes



Swap out Lawry's Seasoned Salt for 1 tbsp Splenda and 1 tsp cinnamon for a sweet treat.
