Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Bush's Black Beans (15 oz.)

Bush's Dark Red Kidney Beans (15 oz.)

Hunt's Whole Tomatoes (28 oz.)

McCormick Cayenne Pepper

Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix

  • 1/2 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Bertolli Olive Oil
  • 2 cans Bush's Pinto Beans (15 oz.)
  • 2 cans Bush's Black Beans (15 oz.)
  • 2 cans Bush's Dark Red Kidney Beans (15 oz.)
  • 2 cans Hunt's Whole Tomatoes (28 oz.)
  • 1 tsp McCormick Cumin
  • 2 tbsp McCormick Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp McCormick Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Spice World Minced Garlic
  • 1-2 cups Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix


Preparation




  1. Dice onion and saute in olive oil until translucent. Put garlic in and saute very briefly.

  2. Add remaining ingredients: tomatoes (crush in hands), beans, bloody mary mix (start with 1 cup and add additional liquid if needed), cumin, chili powder, cayenne and half of the cilantro (chopped).

  3. Cook on medium-high heat for 20-30 minutes.

  4. Serve topped with chopped cilantro.
