Martha White Flour

McCormick Tarragon

Parkay Light Margarine

Sea Choice Tilapia

White Lily Cornmeal

  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. Martha White Flour
  • 1 tbsp. McCormick Tarragon
  • 2 tbsp. Parkay Light Margarine
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Sea Choice Tilapia
  • 1 tbsp. White Lily Cornmeal


Preparation




  1. Combine cornmeal, flour, and spices. Use to coat fish pieces.

  2. Melt margarine in non-stick skillet.

  3. Cook fish in skillet 5-7 minutes per side or until browned.
