C&H Brown Sugar

McCormick Cayenne Pepper

McCormick Cumin

McCormick Chili Powder

Sea Choice Tilapia

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. Bertolli Olive Oil
  • 3 tsp. C&H Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. McCormick Cayenne Pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. McCormick Cumin
  • 3/4 tsp. McCormick Chili Powder
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Sea Choice Tilapia


Preparation




  1. Drizzle oil over fish.

  2. Combine sugar and spices and rub into fish.

  3. Broil for 4 minutes on each side.
