Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


avocado(s)

tomato(es)

celery stalk(s)

red onion(s)

  • handful cilantro
  • 2 avocado(s)
  • 2 tomato(es)
  • 1 celery stalk(s)
  • 1/2 red onion(s)


Preparation




  1. Chop all the veggies in big chunks. Add to a bowl and sprinkle cilantro on top.

  2. Let refrigerate an hour before serving so the flavors blend. Serve with tortilla chips.



Cook's Notes



This is great with blue corn tortilla chips if you can find them!
