Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Birds Eye Steamfresh Garlic Cauliflower (12 oz.)

Follow Your Heart Vegan Cream Cheese

McCormick Celery Salt

Swanson Vegetable Broth (14 oz.)

Tofurky Italian Sausage

  • 1 bag Birds Eye Steamfresh Garlic Cauliflower (12 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup Follow Your Heart Vegan Cream Cheese
  • 1 palmful McCormick Garlic Powder
  • 1 palmful McCormick Celery Salt
  • 1/2 cup Swanson Vegetable Broth (14 oz.)
  • 4-6 Tofurky Italian Sausage


Preparation




  1. Coat heavy skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium high. Slice sausages at an angle and saute in pan.

  2. Steam cauliflower according to package instructions.

  3. Combine cauliflower, cream cheese and spices in bowl and mix with a masher. Add vegetable broth as necessary to achieve desired consistency (about 1/2 cup).

  4. Layer cauliflower and sausage on plate. Enjoy!



Cook's Notes



You can subsitute polish sausage or italian sausage in this dish ... adds a few more calories and guaranteed to be equally as delicious for all you carnivores!
