Spicy (Vegan) Sausage & Cheesy Cauliflower

Preparation
- Coat heavy skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium high. Slice sausages at an angle and saute in pan.
- Steam cauliflower according to package instructions.
- Combine cauliflower, cream cheese and spices in bowl and mix with a masher. Add vegetable broth as necessary to achieve desired consistency (about 1/2 cup).
- Layer cauliflower and sausage on plate. Enjoy!
Cook's Notes
You can subsitute polish sausage or italian sausage in this dish ... adds a few more calories and guaranteed to be equally as delicious for all you carnivores!
