Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Cara Mia Artichoke Hearts (6.5 oz.)

Dole Hearts of Romaine

Dole Baby Spinach

Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (8 oz.)

Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Beef Salami (7 oz.)

  • 1 jar Cara Mia Artichoke Hearts (6.5 oz.)
  • 1 bag Dole Hearts of Romaine
  • 2 cups Dole Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (8 oz.)
  • 4 slices Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Beef Salami (7 oz.)


Preparation




  1. Slice salami into bite-size pieces.

  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl, reserving the liquid in the artichoke jar. Then drizzle some of the liquid over the salad. Toss until well coated. Add more liquid as necesary.

  3. Crack black pepper over just before serving.
