Preparation
- Pour soup into two microwaveable bowls and microwave for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, slice baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices, enough slices to cover the surface of both bowls.
- Place bread in bowls and push down until covered with soup. Add a slice of cheese to each bowl, then microwave for 30 seconds, or until cheese is melted.
Cook's Notes
This works best if the bread is a little stale - so keep this recipe in mind for when you have an old baguette to get rid of!
