Preparation
- Chop the onion. Combine all ingredients except chili sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
- Place into a nice serving dish, drizzle chili sauce over the top, and serve with chips, fried wontons, or crackers.
Cook's Notes
I like to keep the chili sauce handy and keep adding more to the top throughout the party. If you want to get fancy, you can buy a package of wontons (found in the refrigerated section), cut them into small triangles, then bake them in a single layer on a baking sheet at 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes. Then dip them into the dip and enjoy!
