Sargento Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 oz.)

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 egg(s)
  • 1/3 cup onion(s)
  • Pace Medium Chunky Salsa
  • Sargento Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1/3 cup World Classics Trading Company Roasted Red Peppers


Preparation




  1. Crack eggs in bowl and add milk. Whisk with a fork until combined. Add roasted red peppers (pat the water off of them first with a paper towel), diced onion, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir.

  2. Scramble in pan sprayed with Pam.

  3. Serve on individual plates and top with a spoonful of salsa and some sprinkled cheese.
