Beef and Cheese Sammies

Ingredients

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown ground beef. Meanwhile, add Velveeta, sour cream, and salsa to a bowl and microwave until melted.
- Add ground beef to cheesy mixture.
- Lay bread slices on a baking sheet (covered in foil for easier clean-up) and top each one generously with the cheesy mixture.
- Bake in oven just until the tops start to brown. Serve immediately.
Cook's Notes
You can also use pork sausage, and you can add onions, green peppers, or red peppers.
