Jimmy Dean Italian Sausage

Oscar Mayer Thick Cut Bacon (16 oz.)

Sargento Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 oz.)

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4-5 potato(es)
  • 8 egg(s)
  • 1 lb. Jimmy Dean Italian Sausage
  • 2 tbsp. Martha White Flour
  • 1 package Oscar Mayer Thick Cut Bacon (16 oz.)
  • 1 package Sargento Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 oz.)


Preparation




  1. Dice potatoes and simmer in oil in covered skillet.

  2. Meanwhile, fry the bacon, cool, crumble and set aside.

  3. Then fry the sausage. Once done, add flour then milk and cook until desired consistency.

  4. Cook eggs to your preference.

  5. In bowl, place cooked potatoes, crumbled bacon, eggs, sausage gravy and top with cheese. Serve with toast and enjoy!



Cook's Notes



For gravy, additional milk may be needed depending on desired thickness. In our household it's easy to cook the eggs - everyone eats them over-easy.
