Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Daisy Sour Cream (8 oz.)

French's Spicy Brown Mustard

Muir Glen Medium Salsa

Success Rice Instant Rice (14 oz.)

Tyson Chicken Breasts

  • 1/4 cup white cooking wine
  • Bertolli Olive Oil
  • Daisy Sour Cream (8 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp. French's Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Muir Glen Medium Salsa
  • 1 cup Success Rice Instant Rice (14 oz.)
  • 4 Tyson Chicken Breasts


Preparation




  1. Cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces and cook in skillet with olive oil, white wine, mustard and salsa.

  2. Meanwhile, cook instant rice in separate pan.

  3. When rice and chicken are done, put rice on place and pour chicken on top.

  4. Garnish with additional salsa and sour cream.




Cook's Notes



It can also be made without the white wine.
