Preparation
- Prepare quick grits according to package directions.
- Chop jalapeno and poblano peppers.
- When grits are cooked, add in butter.
- Slowly stir in Cheese, then stir in peppers.
- Put into a baking pan of your choice. Cook until there is a golden crust on top.
Cook's Notes
For more spicy, add more jalapenos. For more mild, add more poblano peppers. You can also spice this up with some horseradish paste mixed into some sour cream.
