Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Buitoni Three Cheese Tortellini (9 oz.)

Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (10.75 oz.)

Del Monte Sliced Carrots (14.5 oz.)

McCormick Poultry Seasoning

Swanson Chicken Broth (14 oz.)

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 celery stalk(s)
  • 2 tbsp. Bertolli Olive Oil
  • 2 packages Buitoni Three Cheese Tortellini (9 oz.)
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (10.75 oz.)
  • 2 cans Del Monte Sliced Carrots (14.5 oz.)
  • 1 tsp. McCormick Poultry Seasoning
  • 6 cans Swanson Chicken Broth (14 oz.)


Preparation




  1. Debone and chop the chicken into small bite-sized pieces. Chop the onion and slice the celery.

  2. Saute the onion and celery in olive oil in a large pot until tender. Add the remaining ingredients, except the carrots. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Add carrots the last 10 minutes.




Cook's Notes



In a pinch I have used canned chicken. I have found a rotisserie chicken yields about 20 ounces. I serve it with crusty bread or rolls and a large green salad. If company is coming, I might a quick dessert to the menu.
