Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Brooks Hot Chili Beans (15.5 oz.)

Bush's Black Beans (15 oz.)

Bush's Pinto Beans (15 oz.)

Campbell's Tomato Juice (46 oz.)

Pace Medium Chunky Salsa

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped sweet onion(s)
  • 1 can Brooks Hot Chili Beans (15.5 oz.)
  • 1 can Bush's Black Beans (15 oz.)
  • 1 can Bush's Pinto Beans (15 oz.)
  • 1 can Campbell's Tomato Juice (46 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp. McCormick Original Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 jar Pace Medium Chunky Salsa


Preparation




  1. Brown beef or bison in large pot.

  2. Add chopped onion and saute.

  3. Add tomato juice, salsa, beans (drained) and seasoning.

  4. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 90 minutes.



Cook's Notes



You can also substitute bison for the ground beef. Serve with taco chips, grated Mexican cheese, chopped onion and sour cream.
