Preparation
- Brown beef or bison in large pot.
- Add chopped onion and saute.
- Add tomato juice, salsa, beans (drained) and seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 90 minutes.
Cook's Notes
You can also substitute bison for the ground beef. Serve with taco chips, grated Mexican cheese, chopped onion and sour cream.
