Preparation
- Chop roasted red peppers and mushrooms.
- Spread olive oil and pesto on pita. Pile toppings high.
- Bake 10-15 minutes at 450 degrees, until cheese has golden tint. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Enjoy!
