Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese (6 oz.)

Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto (10 oz.)

Dole Baby Spinach

World Classics Trading Company Roasted Red Peppers

  • 2 mushroom(s)
  • 1 Anzio & Sons Pita Bread
  • Athenos Crumbled Feta Cheese (6 oz.)
  • 2 tsp. Bertolli Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Classico Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto (10 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup Dole Baby Spinach
  • 2 tbsp. World Classics Trading Company Roasted Red Peppers


Preparation




  1. Chop roasted red peppers and mushrooms.

  2. Spread olive oil and pesto on pita. Pile toppings high.

  3. Bake 10-15 minutes at 450 degrees, until cheese has golden tint. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Enjoy!
