Ingredients



We recommend using the following branded ingredients for this recipe:


Bisquick Baking Mix

Bob Evans Italian Sausage

Sargento Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 oz.)

  • 3 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 1 lb. Bob Evans Italian Sausage
  • 1 package Sargento Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (8 oz.)


Preparation




  1. Let cheese get to room temperature.

  2. Mix all ingredients with hands (really knead it!). Roll into 1-inch balls.

  3. Place on lightly sprayed baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes.



Cook's Notes



Makes 40-50 1-inch balls.
