Salami Pickle Wraps

Ingredients

Preparation
- Take one tortilla and liberally spread Boursin cheese over the surface.
- Lay salami in a line, slightly off-center from the middle of the tortilla, partially overlapping each other. Lay pickle spears on top, in a line.
- Roll tortilla tightly. Cut off ends, then cut roll into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Repeat until you have as many rolls as you need!
Cook's Notes
You can make these an hour or so in advance and refrigerate them until ready. You can also substitute different types of meat (proscuitto, ham, turkey) and get creative with your tortillas (spinach, sun-dried tomato, etc.).
